Simple API-first REST server for Diana.

Usage
-----

   $ export DIANA_SERVICES="${DIANA_DIR}/tests/resources/test_services.yml"
   $ python3 diana-rest.py &
   $ curl -X GET "http://localhost:8080/v1.0/endpoint"
